- 2 Tbsp Light Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Mashed Avocado
- 1 Slice Whole Grain Bread
- 6 Cucumber Slices
- Dash Pepper
- Lightly Toast Whole Grain Bread
- Mix together Cream Cheese and Avocado
- Spread Cream Cheese Onto Toast
- Add Cucumbers Evenly On Top
- Sprinkle Pepper On Top

- 1/2 Peach Sliced
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Serving Seasoned Croutons
- 3 Cups Spinach

So been awhile, but life definitely gets in the way, but I’m still on my long journey to my fitness goals. Currently started training and its kicking my butt!!! I love every bit of it, despite all the pain, sweat and tears. I will and can do this and I hope that I will be able to post some sort of results in just a month!!!
